Our Miami apartments currently range from $1,400 to $1,600 per month for fully remodeled 1-bedroom units. All units include modern amenities like central A/C, stainless steel appliances, and assigned parking. Some units include water and trash in the rent.
Every apartment comes completely remodeled with porcelain or modern flooring, central air conditioning, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and assigned parking. Depending on the unit, water and trash may be included. All buildings are proactively maintained by our team.
